• Kids Camps & Activities

  Camps at Shannon Leisure Centre are guaranteed fun! Halloween, Easter and every week throughout the summer we have camps ranging from Girls Only, Boys Only, Absolute Kids Fun & Games, Water Safety Week and Triathlon but to name a few. Some of the activities the kids get to do are Indoor Wall Climbing, Swimming & the SuperMac Attack, Dodgeball, Parachute Games and all the Sports.   The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screening tool used to evaluate seven fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain complaint or musculoskeletal injury. The FMS test does not diagnose ortapedic problems but rather highlights opportunities for improved movement in individuals.
