Halloween, Easter and every week throughout the summer we have camps ranging from Girls Only, Boys Only, Absolute Kids Fun & Games, Water Safety Week and Triathlon but to name a few. Some of the activities the kids get to do are Indoor Wall Climbing, Swimming & the SuperMac Attack, Dodgeball, Parachute Games and all the Sports.   The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screening tool used to evaluate seven fundamental movement patterns in individuals with no current pain complaint or musculoskeletal injury.
